New director for Manipal University

MANIPAL: On Friday, Anil Rana has appointed as the 11th director of the Manipal institute of technology (MIT). The handling over ceremony was carried out at the Board room, MIT, Manipal with the presence of vice-chancellor,MAHE Lt. Gen, Dr. Venkatesh, Dr. Narayana Sabhahit, Dr. Somashekar Bhat, joint director of MIT, along with the team members of MIT. After the signatures were done, a sandalwood sapling was given to Dr. Rana,it resembles that of handing over the reins of MIT.

A special felicitation was made for the outgoing director of MIT.
