The Director of General of NTA told the Indian Express in an interview that the idea of a merger of the three entrance exams- CUET, JEE, and NEET- is possiblebut thorough planning is needed.
With several complaints of glitches in the conduct of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), the first ever all-India Exam for admissions to UG and PG courses in 45 central Universities, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is considering changes for next year’s exam. A reduction in the number of subject combinations on offer and a review of the number of cities where the exams are held are among the measures under consideration.
